Kreager advocates housing density is perceived,
not measured, and that good planning and good
design are key to compact, sustainable development.
Kreager is a former chair of the American Institue
of Architects Housing Committee and his firm
won Residential Architect magazine's
Top Firm and Project of Year awards in 2001
and the Leadership Award from the U.S. Green
Building Council.
